Alysa and Derek’s perfect Running Deer Golf Club wedding was everything we hoped it would be. From the very beginning we hit it off so well with Alysa & Derek (starting off with hours of chatting in our office during out first meeting with Alysa and her mom!) and then an adorable and fun engagement session.

The day started out with Alysa getting ready at her mom’s house and then heading over to Running Deer Golf Club, where they can stay for the remainder of the day! Both Alysa and Derek finished getting dressed in their designated suites before seeing each other during their first look. (Just a little fun fact about their first look- Kate told Alysa that she was a few weeks pregnant that morning, and just as the first look was about to be wrapped up, Alysa told Derek, which you can imagine Derek’s face at first since he didn’t hear Kate’s name right away! We laughed about this for the rest of the day!)

The mismatched bridesmaid dresses, the blue suits, and the pastel colors mixed with pops of bright burgundy and pink made for a gorgeous color scheme that complemented the feel for the entire day. Despite the heat (hello, summer weddings!) the day was a perfectly sunny day and we couldn’t have wished for a better day for the two of them.
