We first met Maria & Brett (and their dog Mikko) for their engagement session at Goose Island Brewhouse and we knew from that day their wedding at The Grove at Centerton was going to be the best time! The vibe of their day was SO good. There was an abundance of greenery, black & white, love & laughing (just to name a few of our favorite things).

Maria & Brett chose the traditional route and opted against a first look. We knew by the look on Brett’s face as his girl walked down the aisle toward him, that this was best choice for them. They were both so overwhelmed by emotion, it was incredibly sweet to watch. Following their ceremony, we headed through the woods to create magic with Maria & Brett where we were met with the prettiest sunset and the most perfect wide open field that we’ve ever seen. Sometimes during portraits we smile so much our cheeks hurt, this was one of those times! Maria & Brett are so in sync, they made our job the easier. We were able to just stand back and shoot the love between them that happened so naturally!

We ended the night with the most amazing party including the bride & groom being “Iced” during a maid of honor speech, a full dance floor and the drinks were flowing. We can’t think of a better way to spend a reception!
